Carthage, New York - 63 MW nameplate capacity, gas-fired cogeneration plant located at the site of a paper mill owned by Fort James Corporation. The Plant supplies 58MW of electric power to Niagara Mohawk and steam to the host mill. This facility commenced commercial operations in November 1991.
