Natural Dam - Gouverneur, New York - 58 MW nameplate capacity, gas-fired cogeneration plant located at the site of a paper mill owned by CelluTissue-Natural Dam. The facility supplies 49 MW of electric power to Niagara Mohawk and steam to the host mill. This facility commenced commercial operations in July 1993.
