South Glensfalls, New York - 63 MW nameplate capacity, gas-fired cogeneration plant located at the site of a paper mill owned by Encore Paper Company, Inc. The plant supplies 58 MW of electric power to Niagara Mohawk and steam to the host mill. This facility commenced commercial operations in November 1991.
