Solvay, New York - 95 MW nameplate capacity, gas-fired congregation plant located at the site of a chemical plant owned by the Hanlin Group. The factory supplies 79MW of electric power to Niagara Mohawk and steam to the New York State Fair. This facility commenced commercial operations in February 1994.
