BESICORP-EMPIRE OPENS OFFICE IN THE CITY OF RENSSELAER

KINGSTON, NEW YORK - Besicorp officials announced today the opening of their storefront office in the City of Rensselaer. The office, which can be found at 11 Second Avenue, is conveniently located across the street from the Rensselaer Post Office. The office opened on November 1, 2002 and will be staffed with BEDCO personnel on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm.

William T. Seils, President of Besicorp stated, "It is our sincere desire to continue our efforts as good corporate citizens by encouraging the public to visit us and to bring their questions and issues to our attention. Through our presence within the City of Rensselaer, we expect to foster open dialogue with the residents as well as being able to offer a space for future meetings and forums."
