Project Review & Update - Besicorp-Empire Development Company, LLC hosted a Public Meeting on October 30, 2003 at 4pm and 7pm in the Rensselaer High School auditorium. BEDCO officials provided information and status updates on the Projects, including the Gas and Electric Transmissions lines and other pertinent information. BEDCO officials repeated the 4pm meeting at 7pm for residents.

Public Open House Regarding Proposed Gas and Electric Transmission Lines from 3pm to 8pm in the Rensselaer City Hall. Residents in the vicinity of the proposed right-of-ways for the gas and electric transmission lines located in North Greenbush, East Greenbush, Schodack and the City of Rensselaer were especially encouraged to attend. BEDCO and Niagara Mohawk representatives were available to provide information and answer questions about the proposed transmission lines

Technical Conference was held at the NYSDPS, Agency Bldg. 3, Albany, NY. This conference was held so active parties to this case may have the opportunity to ask technical questions of the applicant.
